Shots fired on Allison Court, Huntington Station, NY

On April 19, 2015, at approximately 2:00 a.m. residents in Huntington Station reported hearing multiple gun shots.  The shots were heard by residents living on East 16th, Winding Street, Tower and Lowndes in Huntington Station.

According to police they received multiple 911 calls and Shot Spotter was activated. Gun shells were located by police on Allison Court.

Allison Court is a high crime area.  There are 9 homes on Allison Court.  Don Pius who has often been referred to as Huntington Station’s Slumlord owns 7 of those homes.  The Huntington Community Development Agency (CDA) owns one property.

  1. High crime area? So do something. Yada Yada yada. All talk, no action. Search them. If you cannot get a warrant get a new judge.
