A Letter From Northport Symphony Orchestra!
The mission of the Northport Symphony Orchestra (NSO) is to contribute to our community’s quality of life through free public performances of classical music, while providing a fulfilling artistic experience for adult professional, amateur, and advanced student musicians on Long Island.
We are writing to ask your help to allow us to continue that mission. Thanks to your generous support, we are proud to celebrate our 10th season of bringing classical music to our community through our regular concert series, lecture‑demonstrations at local libraries, and special appearances at community events and nursing homes.
Your donation will allow us to continue to serve our community through these free performances, enabling a wider audience to hear our repertoire – individuals who may not otherwise have an opportunity to hear great classical music.
Please visit www.northportsymphony.org to donate on-line, or send a check made out to Northport Symphony Orchestra to PO Box 602, East Northport, NY 11731.
Many of you have generously contributed to NSO, and we are profoundly grateful for your ongoing support. It is people like you who make our efforts so rewarding.
With our very best wishes during this holiday season,
Lisa Leonardi Richard Hyman
President Music Director
P.S. Please join us at Northport High School on Friday, February 17 at 8 pm for our Winter concert featuring works by Handel and Mozart.
The Northport Symphony Orchestra is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit corporation and is registered with the NYS Charities Registration Bureau, Office of the State Attorney General.
