Councilman Eugene Cook is requesting all Huntington residents and business owners to let him know their thoughts on term limits for the elected officials in the Town of Huntington. He is currently drafting legislation to schedule a public hearing for term limits and needs to know your thoughts on what you want for the Town of Huntington.
Here are some of the questions he would like you to answer:

- What elected offices within the Town of Huntington government be term limited? Town Supervisor, Town Council, Town Clerk, Receiver of Taxes and Highway Superintendent?
- How many 4 year terms do you want?

Councilman Cook urges you to respond with your thoughts within the next 2 weeks, so he can complete his legislation to schedule a public hearing on the matter.
