Book Revue Dec. 19, 2017 7:30 pm “Christmas Carol & the Defenders of Claus,”

Valley Stream author Robert L. Fouch will talk about and sign copies of his debut children’s book, “Christmas Carol & the Defenders of Claus,” at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017 at Book Revue in Huntington.

“Christmas Carol” tells the story of Carol Glover, a little girl so obsessed with Christmas that everyone teases her and calls her “Christmas Carol.” But on a magical trip to New York City, Carol meets Santa and her destiny, discovering that she comes from a long line of Defenders of Claus, those who protect and serve Santa. Author Tony Abbott (“Kringle”) calls the book, published by Sky Pony Press and geared toward middle-grade children, “a glittering sleigh ride of a holiday tale.”

Fouch, a graduate of Marshall University and a native of West Virginia, has worked as a journalist at Newsday for 23 years.
