Lawyer Arrested After Pulling & Pointing Handgun at Client

Suffolk Police have arrested a lawyer from Huntington Station after he pointed a handgun at a client after a dispute.

Pierre Bazile, who works for the Law Office of Christopher J. Cassar, located at 13 East Carver St., Huntington, engaged in a verbal dispute with a client at approximately 12:15 p.m. Bazile then reportedly pointed a 9mm handgun at the 32-year-old male client and ordered him out of his office. The victim, who was not injured, exited the office and waited for police to arrive. A 9mm handgun was recovered at the scene. 

 

Second Squad detectives charged Bazile, 46, of 2 Albermarle Ave., Huntington Station, with Menacing 2nd Degree. Bazile was released after posting bail at the precinct.
