Lupinacci, Smyth Celebrate Veterans at Nathan Hale VFW Post 1469 Awards Night

Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci and Councilman Ed Smyth celebrated veterans Anthony Mastroianni, Bruce Brenner and Lou Bonsanti for their decades of service with the Veterans of Foreign Wars at Nathan Hale VFW Post 1469 for their
Awards Night Tuesday, April 17, 2018.

Anthony Mastroianni received his 65-year service pin. Bruce Brenner and Louis Bonsanti each received their 45-year service pins.  “It is an honor to celebrate and recognize the legacy of service Anthony Mastroianni, Bruce Brenner and Louis Bonsanti bring to VFW Post 1469. They bravely served our country and came home to serve our veterans and our community for many more decades,” said Supervisor Lupinacci.

Councilman Smyth, who served as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, said: “It’s a genuine honor to recognize Anthony Mastroianni for 65 years of service along with Bruce Brenner and Lou Bonsanti for 45 of service to the VFW Nathan Hale Post 1469. They have been and continue to be giants in our community. I am looking forward to working with them in the year ahead.”
