Legislator Spencer Honors Eagle Scout Achievement

Legislator Spencer was proud to celebrate and recognize Douglas Clark as he achieved the momentous rank of Eagle Scout! The skills and knowledge he has gained through this process will help prepare him to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Douglas planned, fund raised, built and installed 4 cedar benches at Dickinson Avenue Elementary School to provide a place to sit for children near the playground.

“May Douglas have continued success in school, scouting, and in all other endeavors. It is young people, like him, who make the future promising for our community,” stated Legislator William R. Spencer M.D.
