Sexual Assault in Huntington Station Crime Stoppers Needs Your Help

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who threatened a woman with a knife and sexually assaulted her in Huntington Station in August.

A man entered Island Deli, located at 1888 New York Ave., followed a female employee into a refrigerator in the rear of the business, pushed her into a rack, threatened her with a knife and sexually assaulted her on August 30 at approximately noon. The victim was treated at Huntington Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
