Beaches Close Again In Bay Shore And Huntington Bay

The following beaches are closed to bathing due to the finding of bacteria at levels in excess of acceptable criteria:

Benjamin Beach in Bay Shore
Huntington Beach Community Association in Huntington Bay
Fleets Cove Beach in Huntington Bay

Knollwood  Beach Association Beach, Fleets Cove Beach, Huntington Beach Community Association Beach, and Valley Grove Beach are all closed.
Amityville Village Beach, Tanner Park Beach, Venetian Shores Beach. Copiague Harbor POA, West Islip Beach and Lake Ronkonkoma remain closed.
