Shooting at Lincoln Farm Apartments. Unconfirmed reports that 3 people have been shot. Police car involved in an accident as a result of this incident.  Neighbors claim this is a regular occurrence at Lincoln apartments and they are fed up. Police choppers are currently searching the area.  More to follow.
