A portion of Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station was closed early yesterday morning due to a fatal accident.  At approximately 4:45 a.m. William Prucha, 45, of 5 Senate Lane, South Huntington was struck by a vehicle and killed.  The accident took place near the intersection of Jericho Turnpike and Evergreen Avenue.
