Last night at the Thatched Cottage, the Huntington Republican Party held it’s officer elections. Despite unsuccessful attempts to unseat the Chair, Toni Tepe was reelected unanimously.
During her acceptance speech, Toni Tepe discussed how the party overcame controversy during the screening process for Town Board and the Primary elections and have come back stronger than ever. She emphasized how the resolve and determination of the party will enable them to get 2 more candidates elected to Town Board and 3 candidates to County Legislature. It was a very upbeat night in the room.
