Whitman’s Boys Cross Country have done it again, win their division and find themselves placed in the heavily favorite section to win the Section XI Suffolk County Championship meet that will be held Friday - at Sunken Meadow State Park. The Boys Boys Class A Race, begins at 1:30 pm. In the Divisional win, Whitman placed 6 runners in the top eleven finishers. Whitman was also without the services of one of their top runners Patrick Cummings, who was rehabilitating an injury, hoping be able to participate in the upcoming County Championship. Whitman’s Divisional results were as follows: #3 Zachary Cammer, 16:37.60; #4 Michael Damato, 16:51.40; #6 Chris Laucella, 17:29.40; #7 James Vallar, 17:34.20; #10 Brian Windisch, 17:50.70; and #11 John Aiken,at 18:04.40.
