Walt Whitman Takes Round One of Long Island Challenge

Congratulations Long Island Challenge Team: Team members Joe Babinski, James Campbell, Nicholas Scover, Alyssa Vallar and Captain Kimberly Shen. The team competed against a strong Copiague team recently at Metropolis Studios in NYC.

The competition was very close after the first three rounds before Whitman broke away and defeated Copiague 315 to 265. You can watch the competition on MSG Varsity on January 9, 2012 at 6:30pm – Channel 14.
