This video was taken at the last Huntington Housing Authority meeting.  Resident and Huntington School District BOE member Rich McGrath asks the HHA attorney about compliance with Chapter 40 of the Town code. The attorney acknowledges that the Huntington Housing Authority has decided not to comply with the law and he explains why.  This Town Law has never been struck down in court.

  1. I guess we will never know what is going on in the back rooms of the HHA because they have their own rules to do whatever they want with tax payers money. Since we are paying for peoples rent we should be able to see all documentation on how it is being disbursed.
