The Harborfields Central School District is proud to report that Harborfields High School has been awarded a gold medal in the U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools competition.

This prestigious contest evaluates schools based upon college readiness, participation in Advanced Placement courses, and state proficiency standards. Based on these criteria, Harborfields has been recognized as being among the finest educational institutions in the country.

This recognition has earned Harborfields High School a third-place ranking in Suffolk County, a top ten designation on Long Island, and a ranking of 215 out of the 22,000 high schools in the nation. Congratulations to all of the hard working staff and students of Harborfields High School.

“This Gold Medal speaks volumes about the quality of the Harborfields school community,” remarked Harborfields High School Principal Dr. David Bennardo. “This recognition is a testament to the outstanding teachers, dedicated students, and supportive parents that comprise our learning family.”
