Chad Lupinacci Announced As 10th Assembly District Candidate

Huntington Republican Committee Chairwoman Toni Tepe and Suffolk Republican Committee Chairman John LaValle announced that they will be supporting Chad Lupinacci of Huntington Station to run in Conte’s place this November.  He will receive the Republican, Conservative and Independence party lines.

Chad Lupinacci currently serves on the South Huntington School Board. He is an adjunct assistant professor at Hofstra University where he received his B.A. from in 2001 (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and his J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law. He has served as a staff member for state assemblyman James D. Conte, working on constituent matters and education issues. Additionally, he was chosen to intern with First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, assisting her with her correspondence, speechwriting, and scheduling. He also worked on archiving material for the Clinton Presidential Library. Mr. Lupinacci’s main interests lie in the area of American politics, especially the American presidency and state and local politics. In addition to teaching, he also practices law in Nassau County.
