Romney to Announce Paul Ryan As Vice Presidential Running Mate

GOP presidential contender Mitt Romney is expected to announce that Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan will be the Vice Presidential pick for the November election.  A formal announcement is expected this morning from Virginia at around 8:45 am.  The seven time Congressional winner is 42 years old and became a Congressman when he was 28. Ryan is married and has three children.
