An evening of free classical music on Friday, January 11, 2013, at 8 p.m. in the auditorium of Northport High School, 156 Laurel Hill Road, Northport.
Maestro Richard Hyman will lead a program featuring Felix Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 1, Antonin Dvorak’s Czech Suite and Mikhail Glinka’s Kamarinskaya, Fantasy on Two Russian Folksongs.
We are honored that David Bouchier, essayist and host of WSHU’s popular Sunday Matinee radio program will “say a few words.” They’re sure to be witty and entertaining. Please join us and bring along a few friends. The concert is free and no tickets are required. See you there!
