Puppy Stolen From Dix Hills Store

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman who stole a puppy from a Dix Hills store.

A woman entered the Yipity Yap, located at 1802 East Jericho Turnpike, and stole a black purebred Pug from the store on February 17 at 1:30 p.m.  The dog, valued at $1800, looks similar to the one pictured below.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-220-TIPS.  All calls will be kept confidential. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
