Gun Used In Robbery Of Chinese Food Delivery Man On Cherokee Court in Huntington Station

crime logoOn March 7, 2013 at 8:10 pm, a delivery person was attempting to deliver an order of Chinese Food to a resident on Cherokee Court in Huntington Station when he was robbed at gun point. The two suspects pulled a gun on the delivery person and robbed him of approximately $400.

The suspects also stole the food that was being delivered.

Police responded to the incident and recorded the report.

On March 15, 2013, one arrest was made in the case. David Taveras from Huntington Station was arrested and charged with the crime. He was charged with Robbery in the 1st Degree.
