Driving Course For Teens

Free Single Day 2 1/2 hour Course  to Teach New Drivers How to Avoid Dangerous Driving Situations

• This course will be taught by police E.V.O.C. (Emergency Vehicle Operations Course) Instructors and will consist of a short class- room lecture followed by a live demonstration on the EVOC track.

• Topics to be covered:  vehicle dynamics, braking, cornering, acceleration and crash avoidance.

• Eligibility: Teens between the ages of 16-19.

• Goal: to educate teenagers to avoid dangerous driving conditions and to supplement training already learned from D.M.V. and Defensive Driving courses.

• Dates: Monday through Friday – July 15, 16, 17 & 19, 2013 (choose one day) Thurs July 18th not available

• Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. OR 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (choose one time slot)
