Mister Softee Truck in Centerport Crash

The drivers of a Mister Softee ice cream truck and a Hyundai sedan suffered  injuries following a collision on Route 25A and Little Neck Road in Centerport, Friday night, July 19, at about 7:35 p.m. The Centerport Fire Department responded to the scene and the Centerport FD Rescue Squad transported both drivers to Huntington Hospital. About 25 Centerport volunteer firefighters and rescue personnel were on the scene with an engine, heavy rescue truck, two ambulances, and fire police.
