Wedding Marathon Set For Valentine’s Day

Friday, On February 14, 2014, from  11 a.m. to 3 p.m., wedding bells will ring throughout the day on Valentine’s Day when Ms. Raia holds her sixteenth Valentine’s Day Marriage Ceremony Marathon at Huntington Town Hall, 100 Main Street, Huntington.

As of today, 7 couples have committed to tie the knot in Town Hall on “Love’s Greatest Holiday”. The couples learned of the special ceremony after applying for marriage licenses in the Town Clerk’s Office. Time slots are still available for anyone interested. 

In an effort to make the day more special, Ms. Raia and staff fully decorate the Town Board meeting room. Furthermore, 30 local merchants donate flowers, cakes, cookies, photography services and refreshments for the marathon and gifts for the happy couples.
