Elwood Students Named All-State Athletes

Elwood-John H. Glenn High School students Matthew Choinski (football), Simi Familusa (volleyball), Sarah Hardie (cross-country), Max Karen (soccer) and Stephanie Viteritti (volleyball) were recently recognized as All-State athletes.

Every year, each coaching association nominates athletes from the Section XI teams. Every school gets to vote for a select number of players and those names are then submitted to a state committee where they are voted on.

Congratulations to these talented students.
