East Northport Bank Robbed

Suffolk County Police Pattern Crime detectives are investigating a bank robbery that occurred in East Northport on March 6, 2014. 

A man entered the Capital One Bank located at 291 Clay Pitts Road, at approximately 1:50 p.m., approached a teller, and presented a note demanding cash. The teller complied with the demand and the man fled the bank westbound through the parking lot.

The robber is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall in his early 60s, with a thin build.  He was wearing a knit cap, blue jeans and a black and white jacket.
