Four Injured in Melville Crash

The Melville Fire Department responded to a four-car collision that injured four people on Bagatelle Road and the South Service Road on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at about 4:40 p.m. The four injured were transported with non-life threatening injuries to Huntington Hospital and Plainview Hospital by Melville Rescue Squad ambulances. Under the command of Chiefs Chris Nolan, Dave Kaplan, Bill Schmitt and Jason Bernfeld, 25 firefighters and emergency medical personnel were dispatched with three ambulances, an engine, heavy rescue truck, paramedic unit and fire police.
