LI-HQ D&B Engineers and Architects Announces New A Vision for the Future with New Name Change Reflecting Firm’s Growth and Appointment of Six Vice Presidents as Shareholders, Including Huntington’s Matthew R. DeVinney 

D&B Engineers and Architects, the venerable engineering organization founded in 1965 and headquartered in Woodbury, NY, has changed its corporate structure and also announced the appointment of six Vice President shareholders as part of its new “Vision for the Future.”

The Vice President shareholders of D&B Engineers and Architects, D.P.C representing the firm’s new “Vision for the Future” are: 

• Matthew R. DeVinney, P.E. of Huntington, NY, Vice President, Environmental Investigation & Remediation 
• Frank DeVita of Floral Park, NY, Vice President, Environmental Investigation & Remediation
• Christopher Koegel, P.E. of Wantagh, NY, Vice President, Construction Management
• Carolyn A. Lowe, P.E. of Brewster, NY, Vice President, Wastewater/Water Supply
• Olga J. Mubarak of Northport, NY, Vice President, Wastewater
• Philip R. Sachs, P.E. of Bethpage, NY, Vice President, Water Supply
