Huntington Elks to Host Benefit For Wounded Warriors of Long Island

The Huntington Elks will host a live comedy show benefit for Wounded Warriors of Long Island at the Huntington Elks Lodge No. 1565 on Saturday, November 12 at 7 p.m. The benefit, being put on by Comedy To Go, will feature Veteran Comics for Veteran Causes. Comics include Robyn Shall, Eric Haft and Headliners Isaacs and Baker. Keith Godwin will serve as Master of Ceremonies.

The evening will also include a buffet dinner, cash bar, Chinese auction and a 50/50 raffle. Victory Entertainment will provide musical entertainment throughout the evening.

“This is a great way for members of our local community to take part in a night full of laughs while raising money for a good cause,” said Jack Safarik, Exalted Ruler of Huntington Elks Lodge No. 1565. “Events like this allow us to continue to utilize the theme of ‘Elks Care – Elks Share’ as the foundation for our philanthropic efforts.”

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (BPOE) of the United States is one of the most active fraternal organizations in the world with more than 1 million members in more than 2,000 lodges across the country. The Huntington Elks Lodge No. 1565 is located at 195 Main Street in Huntington Village.
