Arrest Made On Grabbing Incident Of Huntington High School Student

Rudis Quintanilla, 42, of 62 West Pulaski Road, Huntington Station, was  arrested on December 11 and charged with Sex Abuse 1st Degree for inappropriately grabbing a female teenager and Stalking 3rd Degree for  repeatedly following and attempting to speak to the teenager.

The original information stated the incident occurred on 2nd Avenue.  According to the arrest report the incident occurred at 3rd and West Pulaski.

The original Report stated:

At approximately 7:00 a.m. on December 11, a female Huntington High School student was approached and grabbed.  The suspect was described as a Hispanic male approximately 40 years old.

The student was able to free herself without further harm.  She reported the incident to High School officials who immediately called police.

The incident happened at the intersection of West Pulaski Road and 2nd Avenue.

The police investigation is ongoing.
