Suffolk County Police arrested three men for burglarizing a North Lindenhurst speed shop on February 16.
Carlos Silva, 17, of 235 5th Ave., Huntington Station, Juan Carlos Ortiz, 19, 117 of 8th Ave., Huntington Station and Eric Agraz, 20, of 2629 Magnolia Rd., North Bellmore, were charged with Burglary 3rd Degree and Possession of Burglar Tools. They are scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on February 17.
First Precinct patrol officers responded to an alarm at S-K Speed, located at 1075 Route 109 of a burglary in progress at approximately 5:15 a.m. Upon arrival, three men were seen on the roof and attempted to flee on foot as the officers arrived. Responding officers set up a perimeter and quickly apprehended the suspects.
