Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and detectives from the Suffolk County Police Identity Theft Unit are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the male subject who made unauthorized withdrawals using fraudulent identification documents in the name of legitimate account holders.
Since January of this year, the suspect has attempted and/or completed the withdrawals from banks located inSuffolk County, Nassau County and New York City. The suspect is described as a black male, 6’4” tall, 180 lbs, with a shaved head. He is typically dressed in business attire and sometimes wears glasses.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash rewardof up to$5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
