Huntington School Board Meeting Tonight: Presentation By Sustainable LI

Sustainable Long Island who is one of the consultants for the Huntington Station Brownfields Opportunity Area (BOA) program will be giving a presentation at the Huntington School Board meeting this evening. The meeting will be held in the Jack Abrams Auditorium at 7:30pm. The Jack Abrams School is located at 155 Lowndes Avenue in Huntington Station. Click on this link for the full agenda for tonight’s meeting.

According to the Sustainable LI website, during Step 2 of the Huntington Station BOA, the consultants will develop planning and redevelopment programs that incorporate community input received during the process; conduct environmental site assessments and economic and financial analyses; and facilitate public participation.
