Stolen Credit Cards Used At 7-11

A suspect  walked into a 7-Eleven store located at 500 Islip Ave., in Islip Terrace, on August 9 at 2:35 a.m. and left with $200 in cash and $23 worth of items using a stolen credit card. The credit card was stolen in a burglary that occurred earlier that morning. Later that morning, at 4:28 a.m., the person attempted to get cash at a 7-Eleven located on New York Avenue in Huntington, but the transaction was denied.

The suspect appears to be white, approximately 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, early 20s, with a medium build. The suspect was wearing a green and white striped hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and dark shoes.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Third Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person responsible for using the stolen credit cards.
