School Closings & Delays For Monday, February 3, 2014

Cold Spring Harbor School District – Due to the expected inclement weather, all schools will be closed for Monday, February 3, 2014.  All before and after school activities are cancelled. There will be no private school transportation.

Commack School District – Due to inclement weather conditions, all Commack Schools and offices are closed today, February 3, 2014.
All extra-curricular and after-school activities have been cancelled.

Elwood School District – The Elwood School District will be closed Monday February 3 due to the inclement weather conditions. All after school and evening activities are cancelled.

Harborfields School District – Due to inclement weather conditions, Harborfields’ schools will be closed, Monday, February 3, 2014. All after school and evening activities will be are cancelled, as well.

Half Hollow Hills School District – Due to the anticipated severe weather and dangerous road conditions, the district will be closed today, Monday, February 3rd.

Huntington School District – Due to inclement weather that is predicted to worsen throughout the day, Huntington schools will be closed on Monday, February 3 and all activities canceled or postponed.

Northport/ East Northport School District – Due to the inclement weather, All District Schools and Offices will be closed today, Monday, February 3.

South Huntington School District – The forecast seems to be getting worse by the hour. They are calling for 5 to 8 inches with dangerous driving during both the morning and afternoon commutes. As a result, we are going to cancel the day and close our schools (Monday – 2/3).
