Man Drowns in Backyard Pool

Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a man who drowned in his backyard pool last night. On Monday, July 21, 2014 at approximately 7:15 p.m. Second Precinct police officers responded to Ibsen Court in Dix Hills after a 911 caller reported finding a man at the bottom of the deep end of the home’s inground pool.

 Byungyun Lee, 67, a resident of the home, was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where he was pronounced dead.
