ONCE-A-YEAR GARDENERS’ MARKET AUGUST 23, 10-2 AT GATEWAY COMMUNITY GARDEN

The Gateway Park Community Gardeners sell their hand-tended, lovingly grown, chemical-free vegetables only once a year.

This year the sale will take place on Saturday, August 23 from 10 to 2 pm.
·     All vegetables $1 or $2 a piece or bunch

·     Sun-ripened heirloom tomatoes, plum and cherries, wide variety of other vegetables

·     Rain date, Sunday, Aug. 24 from 1 to 5 pm

·     No admission charge

·     Proceeds Benefit Gateway Garden

·     Children’s activities begin at Noon: Face Painting, Garden Bingo, Knot-Tying Workshop
