Money Stolen From Huntington Mosque

A man entered Masjid Noor, located at 1032 Park Avenue in Huntington on August 27, 2014, at approximately 11 a.m. He pried open a donation box with a hammer and stole money from the box. The man fled on foot.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate this man.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
