Police Officer Nicholas Guerrero To Be Released From Hospital

Police Officer Nicholas Guerrero

Police Officer Nicholas Guerrero will be released from Stony Brook University Hospital and  be transported to rehabilitation facility.

Officer Guerrero and his partner were struck by a vehicle fleeing a traffic stop on Partridge Lane in Huntington on September 22. Officer Guerrero suffered a serious head injury and was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital where he has been since the incident.

An update on his condition will be released later today.
