Great Smartphone Apps Demonstration
A SeniorNet lecturer will give a demonstration of some of the best smartphone apps on Tuesday, November 11, at 2pm at the Cold Spring Harbor Library & Environmental Center. This program is free and open to the general public. Advance registration is suggested.
Smartphones are changing the way we live. Now your cell phone does more than just make calls – it’s a small, portable computer. Applications (or apps) are what put the “smart” in smartphones. Some apps provide information, some provide utility, and others provide entertainment. In this program, attendees will experience a demonstration of the best smartphone apps, most of which are free and run on both the iPhone and Android smartphones.
