* WHAT…Heavy mixed winter precipitation transitioning to heavy
snow is expected. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 10 inches,
with localized amounts up to 13 inches, and light ice
accumulations are expected.

* WHERE…In Connecticut, Northern New London, Southern 
Middlesex and Southern New London Counties. In New York, 
Northwestern Suffolk and Southwestern Suffolk Counties.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on difficult travel conditions. Tree 
branches could fall. Expect significant reductions in
