Huntington Fire Chiefs’ Council Installs Officers

The Town of Huntington Fire Chiefs’ Council recently installed their executive officers at the annual installation meeting held at the Halesite Fire Department. Huntington Town Clerk Jo-Ann Raia, left, administered the oath of office (from left) to Ex-Chief Dan McConnell, Halesite FD, President; Assistant Chief Chuck Brady, Huntington Manor FD, First Vice President; Ex-Chief Chris Ingwersen, Cold Spring Harbor FD, Second Vice President; Ex-Chief Gary Hontz, Eaton’s Neck FD, Treasurer; and Chief Greg Colonna, Halesite FD, Secretary. The Fire Chiefs’ Council is comprised of the fire departments and ambulance squads that provide fire protection and emergency medical service throughout the Town of Huntington.
