Edmund Smyth’s Lawsuit Denied Against Eugene Cook For Supervisor

STOP LIPA PETITIONS FOR EUGENE COOK FOR HUNTINGTON TOWN SUPERVISOR UP HELD BY NEW YORK STATE SUPREME COURT

Today, New York State Supreme Court Judge John Leo ruled that Huntington Town Councilman Eugene Cook’s name will be on November’s ballot, for the Huntington Supervisor race, on the STOP LIPA line. Huntington Republican candidate Edmund Smyth’s challenge has been denied to knock Eugene Cook off this year’s ballot.
