Suffolk County Police Pattern Crime Unit detectives are investigating a bank robbery that occurred on Thursday, July 10, 2014, at a bank in Huntington Station.
A woman entered Citibank, located at 300 Walt Whitman Road, Huntington Station, at 12:13 p.m. and approached a teller with a note demanding cash and threatening that she had a gun. The teller complied with the demand and gave the woman cash from the drawer. The woman fled the bank in a northerly direction.
The robber is described as white, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, 25-years-old, with dark colored hair and a thin build. She was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and dark sunglasses.
