The Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum has planned some safe, creative Halloween fun for Pre-K and K-3 children in late October. Programs include stories, tours of the natural-history and artifact galleries, followed by a creative art project and, for grades 2-5, a Halloween party.
Advance registration is required for all workshops. Please call 631-854-5539 to register. Workshop fees are due at the time of registration. (The Museum reserves the right to cancel any workshop not meeting the minimum attendance requirement.)
Storytelling and Owl Craft

Halloween Party
Saturday, October 18
Grades 2 – 5
Join us for some creepy fun! We’re turning off the lights for a scavenger hunt in the collections! We’ll have pizza and create something that can be used in any spooky Halloween display. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes (no masks, swords, or wands).
