Greenlawn Fire Department Battles Vehicle Fire on Dawson Drive

The Greenlawn Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a reported vehicle fire at a residence on Dawson Drive, Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 3:24 p.m. Upon arrival, an SUV was found involved in fire in the driveway. Under the direction of First Assistant Chief Joe Costanza assisted by Second Assistant Chief Angelo Santomauro and Third Assistant Chief Pete Miller, crews from first due Headquarters Engine 2-7-7 quickly extinguished the fire. Station One’s Engine 2-7-6 and Headquarters Quint 2-7-2 assisted on scene. There were no injuries reported.
