Greenlawn Man Crushed To Death While Working Under A Vehicle

Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating an incident in which a man was killed while working underneath a motor vehicle.

On Friday August 24th, 2018, Michael Callejo was working under a 2001 Ford van when the vehicle apparently slipped out of gear and crushed him. Callejo, 59, of Greenlawn was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.
