The Dix Hills Fire Department hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to inaugurate their newly completed Training Facility on Sunday, May 18, 2014. Commack junior Andrew Kim brought home a silver medal from the 2014 International Sustainable World Energy, Engineering & Environment Project Olympiad (I-SWEEEP), held in Houston, Texas.
