On Saturday, February 13, 2016 at approximately 9:20 p.m., Matthew McKay was attempting to cross Main Street, west of Nassau Road in Huntington Village, when he was struck by an eastbound 2016 Volkswagen Jetta driven by Theresa Caperna.
McKay, 67, of Huntington Station, was transported to Huntington Hospital with serious injuries. Caperna, 57, of Centerport, was not injured.
