Lisa Renee Pomerantz, who specializes in dispute resolution and legal training services for creative and innovative enterprises, will speak at the Suffolk Inventors and Entrepreneurs meeting. The Suffolk Inventors and Entrepreneurs Club brings in an attorney to speak at least once a year because local entrepreneurs always have important legal questions about the inventing process. The legal briefings are frequently one of the club’s most heavily attended meetings.

Lisa Renee Pomerantz graduated cum laude from Radcliffe College of Harvard University and from Boston University Law School. Ms. Pomerantz has more than thirty years of legal and dispute resolution experience and has practiced law in Suffolk County since 2003. She works with entrepreneurs to structure and foster successful business relationships with employees, customers, vendors and collaborators, and to resolve disputes amicably and cost-effectively.

The Inventors and Entrepreneurs Club meeting will take place in the Media Room of the H. Lee Dennison Building. (Use the EAST Entrance to the building.)

Each month there is an opportunity for everyone to introduce themselves and their inventions, a speaker and time to network. There is no charge and no registration is required to attend the meetings. A valid ID is needed at the door.  For more information, call (631) 853-4805 or e-mail: lisaann.broughton@suffolkcountyny.gov.
